WE BELIEVE OUR KIDS ARE NOT JUST THE CHURCH OF TOMORROW, BUT OF TODAY.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FIRST TIME VISITOR
When you arrive on Sunday morning, you will be greeted by a Hill City Kids Team Member. There will be a clearly designated table to check in your child for the morning into their respective class. Here are the steps:
1. We ask that you complete a family registration form and security sticker for each of your children.
2. We will help you direct your children to their classrooms where they will be greeted by their teachers.
3. You will use the security stickers to pick up your children at the end of the service.
4. Enjoy the worship service and rest assured, we will notify you if your children have a need during the service.
Our hope is that you feel welcome and at ease leaving your child in our care with our amazing Hill City Kids Team!
We will not take your place as the spiritual leader in your kids’ lives. We have a vibrant kid’s ministry by having a vibrant family ministry. We want to partner with you, the parents, to help teach your kids to love and honor Jesus with their lives.
Hill City Nursery, Early Childcare and PreK rooms are age-specific and staffed with Team Members who care about your child.
Our hope is that your child will grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and start to understand three basic truths:
1. GOD MADE ME.
2. GOD LOVES ME.
3. GOD IS MY FRIEND
Hill City Elementary and Pre-Teen rooms are geared around connecting kids to Life.
We start our weekend service in the main auditorium with family worship. We believe parents are the best model for what worship looks like in the home.
Once dismissed, they will go to their age-appropriate classroom. Your child will learn the bible story of the week, and participate in games, activities and small group time.
We make learning and discovering fun as we focus on three basic truths:
1. I CAN TRUST GOD NO MATTER WHAT.
2. I SHOULD TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WANT TO BE TREATED
3. I CAN MAKE THE WISE CHOICE.
